Job Description
Bridgemead HR and Advisory is in search of a skilled Estate Manager to lead our palm tree plantation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive plantation management, including soil health, fertilization protocols, and pest control measures.
The Estate Manager will oversee farm personnel, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities will also involve planning and managing the harvesting process, supervising crude palm oil (CPO) production, and upholding quality standards.
Furthermore, the Estate Manager will manage financial aspects, recruit and train staff, and foster positive relations within the community.
