Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private estate, including property maintenance, staff supervision, vendor coordination, budgeting, security, event planning, and scheduling. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years managing large residences or estates, strong leadership and communication skills, a practical maintenance background, and strict discretion. Key responsibilities include supervising household and grounds staff, managing contractors and vendors, maintaining inventories and schedules, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and preparing budgets and operational reports. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are required. Professionalism, sound judgment, effective problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
