Job Description
We are seeking a Property Management Officer to manage leasing, sales, valuations, feasibility studies, and client relations. Key duties include marketing and leasing properties, handling buyer enquiries, overseeing legal acquisition and disposal processes, calculating service charges and ensuring tenant compliance, coordinating maintenance, tracking market trends, generating new business, and preparing periodic reports.
- Experience in real estate or property/facility management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven property management experience with strong attention to detail
- Confident self-starter with excellent communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
