Job Description
Definitive Track Solutions, a next-generation ERP software company, is seeking an enthusiastic ERP Solutions Support professional to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position entails providing day-to-day support for our ERP system, troubleshooting user issues, and delivering effective training. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of accounting and finance principles, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications include a degree in Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields, with familiarity in business processes and IT support basics. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
