Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Equipment Receiving & Dispatch Officer to inspect, document, and handle incoming and outgoing equipment. Responsibilities include verifying shipments, updating inventory records, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, scheduling dispatches, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in receiving, dispatch, or logistics, strong attention to detail, basic inventory software proficiency, and clear communication skills. Forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred. The role demands reliability, accuracy, and teamwork to maintain an efficient equipment flow.
