Job Description
West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) seeks a motivated Entry-Level Estate Surveyor to join its real estate team in Ikoyi. This is a full-time, permanent position (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) with a salary of ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month. Work is on-site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting agency and valuation activities, inspections, and basic valuations;
- Preparing simple reports and property documentation;
- Creating listing content and collaborating with senior surveyors.
Requirements: BSc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation. No prior experience required—candidates must demonstrate strong interest in real estate, clear communication, basic report-writing skills, and the ability to learn and work both independently and as part of a team.
