Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers seeks a dedicated Montessori Educator for a full-time position in Ikorodu, Lagos. Monthly salary: ₦70,00–₦80,00. The ideal candidate holds a Montessori diploma/certification (AMI/AMS preferred) and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a Montessori classroom and teaching materials.
- Guide children in academic, social, and practical life skills with a child-centered approach.
- Observe, assess, and adapt lessons; keep progress records.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
