Job Description
ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Administrator to support our team.
Purpose of the Role: To assist the Ecommerce (Takealot) team with administrative functions, ensuring customer expectations are met through timely and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Printing paperwork and shipping notes
- Picking items for courier
- Logging information on operations records
- Managing repairs and returns
- Supporting stock management and queries
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a strong focus on customer service, and excellent IT skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
