Yonko Nig Ltd is actively seeking a motivated E-commerce Sales Representative to boost online sales and foster customer engagement across our digital platforms, which include our website, marketplaces, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will employ persuasive selling techniques and data-driven strategies to enhance the customer journey.
Responsibilities: Interact with customers through email, chat, and social media; upsell products; manage the sales pipeline; and coordinate order processing with our logistics team.
