Job Description
We seek a senior Subsea Advisor II to provide technical guidance for subsea drilling and well intervention, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution across offshore projects.
- Advise on well design, barrier management, and well control strategy.
- Oversee intervention planning, equipment selection, and contingency preparations.
- Review procedures, risk assessments, and coordinate with operations, HSE, and contractors.
- Provide leadership and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications: BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Drilling Engineering (or equivalent); 8+ years’ subsea drilling and intervention experience; strong knowledge of BOPs, riser systems, and well control. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills required.
