Job Description
Quintevo Nigeria Limited is actively seeking a meticulous Document Control Coordinator to enhance our Tier 1 Oil & Gas servicing team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire document flow process, ensuring all project and business documents are recorded, distributed, maintained, and archived in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and distribute controlled documents with precision.
- Thoroughly organize all documentation.
- Maintain effective document control systems.
- Provide documentation support to project teams.
- Assist in compliance efforts and audits.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in document control, familiarity with document management systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.
