Job Description
Nor Group Limited is seeking a full-time Director of Public Policy and Programs to lead the design and delivery of policy-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will have legal training, strong IT skills, and proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management. Key responsibilities include translating policy into actionable project plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable policy outcomes. The role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, budget and risk oversight, and practical, results-oriented execution.
