Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of International Admissions to lead global recruitment, enrollment strategy, and partnership development. This senior role involves designing outreach campaigns, overseeing admissions staff, ensuring compliance with international student policies, and coordinating visa and onboarding processes.
- Set and monitor recruitment targets; analyze enrollment data to inform growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, institutions, and stakeholders
- Manage cross-cultural communications and lead a diverse team
- Qualifications: Master’s degree and 7+ years in international admissions or enrollment management; strong leadership and data-driven decision-making
