Job Description
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is searching for a Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) to lead our efforts in Nigeria. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including governmental bodies and civil society, to drive the project’s strategic M&E goals. Key responsibilities include designing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring high-quality data management, and leading capacity-building initiatives. The MERL Director will play a pivotal role in enhancing project performance through evidence-based insights and operational research. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in M&E within public health programs, and proficiency in both English and a local language is preferred.
