Job Description
Vylux Watches Nigeria is seeking dedicated Digital Sales Representatives to effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, making modifications, and escalating issues through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms including Instagram and WhatsApp
- Create engaging content for social media campaigns
- Process customer orders while ensuring a positive experience
- Provide information regarding the company to customers
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc. with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; proficiency in technology and social media
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
Compensation: N170,00 – N220,00 per month
