Job Description
We seek a results-oriented Digital Marketer to lead user acquisition, retention, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will design and run growth experiments, manage paid and organic channels, produce content and campaigns, and monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion).
- Execute paid ads, SEO, and email marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to optimize ROI.
- Develop and nurture online communities across social platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a proactive, creative approach.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in growth marketing, strong copywriting and data skills required.
