Job Description
We seek a Deputy Director to lead development and implementation of evidence-based medical and scientific policies. This role advises senior leadership, coordinates cross-functional teams, and represents the organization to external stakeholders.
- Drive policy strategy and oversee scientific reviews
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage research partnerships
- Translate complex data into clear guidance for internal and external audiences
Qualifications: MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree; at least 8 years in medical/scientific policy or related roles; strong leadership and communication skills; experience with regulatory frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
