Job Description
Boctrust Microfinance Bank, located in Lagos, is seeking a skilled and experienced Deposit Mobilization Manager. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract new depositors while retaining existing clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, training and supervising a team of deposit mobilization officers, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or a related field, a minimum of 5 years in deposit mobilization within the microfinance industry, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
