Job Description
Ecobank Nigeria PLC is in search of a dedicated CX & Marketing Officer to enhance the overall customer experience for our products and services. This position encompasses the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, in addition to overseeing customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with management experience.
Essential responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and evaluating customer experience outcomes. Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of French is advantageous.
