Job Description
Shurefire Global Link Limited is looking for a friendly and patient Customer Support Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will ensure a smooth experience for customers and merchants on our digital platform for building materials and services. Your duties will include responding to inquiries, assisting with merchant onboarding, handling complaints, and fostering a positive user experience.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills. Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
