Job Description
Truebelle Nigeria Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Support Representative to become part of our vibrant team. This position will primarily be onsite, transitioning to a hybrid work model starting in the second month.
We are in search of a detail-oriented candidate with exceptional sales conversion capabilities and expertise in social media. Key responsibilities include processing online orders, converting leads into sales, managing phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries through email and social media platforms.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, a minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce and sales, and fluency in spoken English.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Starting at ₦150,00.00 per month
