Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Kennedia Consulting as a Customer Support Representative located in Lekki/Ajah, Lagos. We are searching for a proactive and compassionate individual to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media channels. You will also resolve customer complaints and accurately document all interactions within our CRM system.
Ideal candidates should possess 1-2 years of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as CRM software.
