Job Description
Nubia Integrated Mega Technology Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Customer Support Personnel to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and partners in Enugu. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
Key responsibilities include promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving product and service issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing administrative support. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in customer support or administrative roles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
