Job Description
HAUSBA is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Officer (CSO) to enhance customer value from our products and services. The CSO will build long-term customer relationships, provide guidance, and work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Core competencies include strong relationship-building, effective communication, and adaptability. Candidates should be proficient in CRM tools and have a good understanding of smart home technologies. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
The position is full-time and permanent with a monthly pay of ₦200,00.00 – ₦260,00.00.
