Job Description
PRECISE Lighting is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will deliver outstanding support and in-depth information regarding our diverse range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure a satisfying experience.
- Document interactions utilizing our CRM system.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of service logs.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning.
