Job Description
Damodar Agro Industries PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for our esteemed clients. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, conducting product training, and monitoring customer health metrics to ensure effective product adoption. You will also focus on building strong customer relationships and developing success plans for key accounts.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. SaaS experience and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
