Job Description
Hempawa Consult Limited, a rapidly expanding consulting firm, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Abuja (FCT). In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while effectively guiding them through our diverse range of services.
Your key responsibilities will encompass onboarding new customers, responding to inquiries, identifying potential upselling opportunities, and collaborating with our internal teams to further enhance customer experiences. We are seeking candidates with a B.Sc. degree and 1-4 years of relevant experience.
