Job Description
EDSAN MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED seeks a proactive, results-driven Customer Success Lead for a remote, contract role (3 months; possible extension) based in Abuja. The ideal candidate will qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, manage client communications, gather feedback, and convert one-time projects into retainers.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles, proven experience with lead-generation tools, CRMs, and sales funnels.
- Core strengths: relationship management, organization, timely follow-up, and independent ownership of client engagements.
- Primary responsibilities: source and qualify leads, handle inquiries, provide regular client updates, support referrals, and manage expectations throughout engagements.
