Job Description
Cense Power and Technologies Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abuja. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and effective relationship building.
Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding and training process for new customers and responding to inquiries while resolving issues in a timely manner. Candidates should possess a minimum of a degree and at least 3 years of experience in a related role.
