Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a Food & Beverage client in Ikoyi. Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00/month. The successful candidate will lead and coach the customer service team, manage shifts and staffing, handle escalated complaints, and collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics.
- Monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and review interactions for quality and compliance.
- Drive process improvements, develop scripts and SOPs, and support scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and training documentation.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in customer service with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and solid analytical/reporting ability.
