Job Description
Role: Customer Service Supervisor
Industry: Confectionery Services
Salary: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 Monthly
Location: Ikoyi
Responsibilities:
Oversee and assess customer service staff, strategize daily operations, assist with duties, train staff, manage cashier coverage, monitor returns, investigate complaints, develop service policies, and maintain departmental documentation.
Requirements:
BSc in Business Administration or relevant field, 4-5 years of experience, proficiency in customer service, computer skills, outstanding communication, strong people skills, and excellent organization.
