Job Description
Beaconhill Smile Clinic is in search of a qualified Customer Service Supervisor to manage daily front desk operations and nurture patient relationships, all while delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of customer service representatives and provide the guidance necessary to uphold our esteemed standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and training customer service representatives.
- Coordinating patient scheduling, billing, and inquiries.
- Addressing patient complaints and working closely with dental staff.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the healthcare industry.
