Job Description
Pelican Staffing Solutions Nigeria is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding support to both walk-in and online customers. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall shopping experience.
Based in Ikeja, your key responsibilities will include assisting customers, organizing the store, managing complaints, and contributing to promotional activities. A minimum of an OND qualification is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₦95,00.00 to ₦100,00.00 per month.
