Job Description
Join Ziiblings Ventures as a Customer Service Representative! In this vital role, you’ll provide accurate information and support to our customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will handle customer complaints, process orders, and maintain records using our CRM system. Your proactive follow-up will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a full-time position based in Ikeja, offering a monthly pay between ₦60,00.00 to ₦75,00.00. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
