Job Description
We seek a professional Customer Support Representative for an automotive role. Full-time; salary ₦100,00–₦120,00. Proximity to the location is required.
- Serve as customer liaison: provide product/service information, handle high call volumes, generate leads, assess customer needs, and resolve complaints.
- Achieve sales/call quotas, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company procedures.
- Requirements: HND or BSc, minimum 2 years in customer support, demonstrated quota achievement, strong phone and active listening skills, CRM experience, excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
