Job Description

Seal Energy is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Abuja team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 within the Hospitality & Hotel sector. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will deliver exceptional support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries swiftly via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, offering effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions for reference.
• Professionally manage returns or complaints.

Qualifications:
