Job Description
We are seeking a professional, front‑line Customer Service Representative to join our Warri team. You will courteously welcome customers at Safari outlets, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and record feedback with empathy and accuracy. Provide clear information about products and services, escalate complex issues appropriately, and collaborate with sales, operations, and supervisory teams to maintain service excellence. Uphold company policies, service standards, and ethical conduct at all times.
