Job Description
OXYMON SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and in person. The role includes providing accurate product, policy, and order information, resolving customer issues, and maintaining detailed records.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, multitasking and time-management skills, basic computer and customer-service software proficiency, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Salary: ₦50,00–₦80,00 per month. Proximity to the workplace is preferred.
