Job Description
Nash Technology is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to become a part of our support team as a Customer Service Representative in Lagos. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. A minimum of HND qualification is required, along with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing position.
