Myafrimall Logistics Limited, a leading international freight company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. This position is located in Jabi, Abuja, with a competitive starting salary of 150 gross.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients through meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding our services.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely updates are communicated to clients.
- Accurately process, pack, and ship orders, including preparation of all necessary shipping documents.
Qualifications:
