We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to deliver courteous, efficient support via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, process orders and returns, accurately document interactions, and escalate issues when appropriate. Successful candidates possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred. This role demands patience, attention to detail, and a drive to improve service quality.
