Job Description
Mela Tech, a wellness and health-based company located in the Utako axis of Abuja, is seeking to hire dedicated Customer Service Representatives.
Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service, build positive relationships, and handle inquiries to increase return customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma from a reputable institution
- Experience Level: Entry level, with at least 1 year of experience
- Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Docs and Sheets)
Remuneration: NGN 120,00 Monthly
Work Mode: On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 8 AM – 6 PM, Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM; Off Day: 1 day during the week
