Job Description
Marco Polo Cuisine Limited is seeking to hire an experienced and competent Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and providing detailed menu information. Duties include addressing customer complaints, multi-tasking various front-of-house responsibilities, and up-selling products to enhance the customer experience.
