Job Description
Insight Talent is actively seeking motivated candidates for the role of Customer Service Representative, fluent in both Mandarin and English, to be based in Lagos.
The ideal applicants will possess a minimum SPM qualification and have prior experience in customer service. This is a work-from-home position, with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, offering a competitive salary of RM 400 along with an additional RM 300 in KPI bonuses.
Your primary duties will include maintaining customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring positive customer experiences. Excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
