Job Description
Maintavo Signatures, a leading provider of hardware interiors & soft finishes, is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to enhance our exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the showroom calendar.
- Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized reception area and showroom.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Salary: ₦50,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
