Job Description
Mactay Consulting, a premier management consulting firm in Nigeria, is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Officer (Call Center) in Lagos. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with account management through phone, email, or live chat channels.
Qualifications:
