Job Description
LEXTORAH is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role involves addressing customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders efficiently, and escalating any unresolved issues through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will excel at remaining composed under pressure while providing assistance to customers in distress, all while demonstrating strong computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Foster a positive client experience by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing and resolving complaints, and delivering professional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, prior experience in customer support, and the capability to remain calm in challenging situations.
