Job Description
LD&D Consulting is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with 1–3 years of experience in selling and supporting solar energy and CCTV surveillance products. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, promote our products, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Provide accurate product information and technical assistance.
- Help customers select products based on their needs and budget.
- Professional management of customer complaints.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and deliveries.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong knowledge of solar and CCTV products.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 per month.
