Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a full-time, remote role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and addressing complaints. Your duties will include processing orders, making modifications, and escalating issues as needed across various communication platforms. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude while engaging with customers and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
