Job Description
We are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position involves addressing customer inquiries, processing online orders, and managing phone communications. In addition, you will handle customer complaints, coordinate with courier companies, and execute daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Process online orders, manage our website and social media platforms, convert leads into sales, and foster positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications: A minimum of an OND qualification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and residency in or near Lekki are required.
